Service Usage
RDPGRID provides cloud GPU hosting services for legitimate professional, automation, and development workloads. Customers are responsible for all activity occurring under their account and must comply with applicable laws and regulations.
Payment Policy
Services are billed on a weekly or monthly basis depending on the selected plan. Payment is due in advance. Failure to pay may result in service suspension or termination. All prices are listed in Indonesian Rupiah unless otherwise stated.
Refund Policy
Refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. Due to the nature of provisioned GPU resources, refunds are not guaranteed for partial billing periods. Customers may request a refund review within 48 hours of service activation.
Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited: cryptocurrency mining, distributed denial-of-service (DDoS) attacks, sending spam, hosting illegal content, distributing malware, and any activity that violates local or international law.
Termination
RDPGRID reserves the right to suspend or terminate services immediately for violations of these terms, abuse of resources, or non-payment. Customers may cancel services at any time through the client area.
Support Policy
Technical support is available for issues related to service availability, connectivity, and platform functionality. Support does not include software installation, custom development, or third-party application troubleshooting.
Infrastructure Availability
RDPGRID targets 99.5% monthly uptime for infrastructure and network connectivity. This SLA does not cover scheduled maintenance, customer-caused outages, or force majeure events.
